I am a writer and an occasional cartoonist living in Portland, Oregon. I have published several short stories and novellas and am currently working on a full length novel. I've had my work featured, among other places, on Oregon Art Beat (a TV show), in Too Much Coffee Man magazine and on the McSweeney's website.

For my day job, I currently work as an administrator at a university.

I like to travel and paint. And, like just about everyone, I watch too much TV. I'll watch just about anything that features wild animals, genocidal robots or Brett Favre.
